Mark Bettano
Spiritual Medium

Hello and Welcome!

"There is great comfort in knowing that we don't just 'die' and that we continue our lives back in Spirit when we leave the physical plane. Our friends and loved ones are still close, not separated from us by distance, but by dimension."

Mark has been studying mediumship now for over 13 years. Although he sensed spirit with him as a child, he began his spiritual journey with meditation in high school. Throughout college he continued his exploration by reading books, taking classes and working with tarot cards. In 1994, Mark was introduced to Spiritualism. Spiritualism is defined as the science, philosophy, and religion of continuous life, based on the demonstrated fact of communication, by means of mediumship, with those who live in the Spirit world. They also practice spiritual healing. It was at the Spiritualist church he began sitting in unfoldment circle and studying mediumship extensively. Along with private sittings, Mark demonstrates mediumship in Spiritualist churches throughout New England. Mark is currently an Ambassador to the International Spiritualist Federation and a member of the Greater Boston Church of Spiritualism. The Greater Boston Church of Spiritualism. Mark has worked on radio and television and most recently was part of a new DVD just released November 15th, 2007 entitled Secrets of the Soul.

Many of us find comfort in knowing that our lives continue after the change called "death". The following quote from Silver Birch, channeled through medium Maurice Barbanell, serves as a unique reminder.

WHAT IS DEATH?

Death is the sloughing off of the physical body as the
Spirit body gradually emerges.
There is nothing to fear in death. Death is the great
liberator; death brings freedom.
You rejoice when babies come into your world.
There are many who cry in our world when babies are
about to be born into your world.
Similarly there is weeping when people die in your world,
but there is rejoicing in ours.
Death means that the life has served it's purpose,
or should have done, and the individual is ready to enjoy
all the tremendous richness and beauty
that the spirit life has to offer.
